Getting Started
Create your account
Sign in with Google at use-claws.com. Your account is created automatically — no forms, no waiting list.
Deploy your first agent
From the dashboard, click "Deploy agent" and pick a type — Assistant, Code, Content, Sales, or Ads. Connect your Slack workspace when prompted and choose a channel. Your agent is live in under a minute.
Talk to your agent
Mention your agent in the connected Slack channel or send it a DM. It responds in-thread with full context awareness.
Agent Types
Assistant (Chief of Staff)
Manages your inbox, calendar, tasks, and daily briefings. Reads Gmail, checks your calendar for conflicts, generates morning briefings, and keeps your to-do list current.
Code (Engineering Lead)
Monitors GitHub repos, reviews PRs with inline suggestions, tracks CI/CD pipelines, searches code, and debugs errors. Your always-on dev partner.
Content (Content Strategist)
Researches trends, writes posts and long-form content, schedules LinkedIn and X posts, and maintains your content calendar.
Sales (Sales Closer)
Researches prospects, drafts outreach sequences, tracks deal pipelines, and surfaces buying signals from your conversations.
Ads (Performance Marketer)
Generates ad copy and creative briefs, analyzes campaign performance, suggests budget allocation, and manages A/B test variants.
Orchestrator
Routes messages to the right specialist agent automatically. Send any message and the orchestrator figures out which agent should handle it.
Slack Integration
Installing to your workspace
When you deploy an agent, you'll be redirected to Slack's OAuth flow. Approve the permissions and pick a channel. The agent appears as a bot user in your workspace.
Channels vs DMs
Agents respond to @mentions in channels and to direct messages. In channels, conversations happen in threads to keep things tidy.
Multiple agents
You can deploy multiple agents to the same workspace. Each one gets its own bot identity and responds only when mentioned or DM'd directly.
Core Features
Memory
Agents remember facts you tell them across conversations. Say "remember that our brand color is #7c3aed" and it sticks. Ask the agent to recall anything it's stored.
Tasks
Create tasks through conversation — "create a task to review the Q3 report by Friday". Agents track due dates and mark tasks complete. View all tasks on your dashboard.
Documents & Artifacts
Agents can generate documents, briefs, and structured content that appears on your dashboard. Access, edit, or download artifacts any time.
Daily Heartbeat
Every morning, Claws checks for overdue tasks and proactively messages you with a briefing. No action needed — it just works.
Streaming responses
Agent responses stream in real-time in Slack. You see a typing indicator, then tokens appear as they're generated — no waiting for the full response.
Dashboard
Overview
Your dashboard shows all deployed agents, their status, recent activity, and quick actions. It's your command center for everything Claws.
Agent detail pages
Click any agent to see its conversation history, memory, tasks, and artifacts. You can manage settings and view usage stats per agent.
Tasks & Documents
Dedicated pages aggregate tasks and documents across all your agents. Filter, search, and manage everything in one place.
Plans & Billing
Plans
Starter ($99/mo) — 1,000 messages, up to 3 agents. Pro ($249/mo) — 5,000 messages, unlimited agents. Enterprise ($3,000/mo) — unlimited everything with priority support.
Usage tracking
Your dashboard shows current message usage against your plan limit. You'll see a warning at 80% usage. Hard stops apply when you hit your limit — upgrade to continue.
Managing your subscription
Head to Settings in your dashboard to view your plan, update billing details, or change plans. Payments are processed securely through Polar.
FAQ
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your messages are processed through Anthropic's Claude API, which does not use API inputs or outputs for training per their commercial terms.
Can I use Claws with platforms other than Slack?
Slack is the primary integration today. Telegram and other platforms are on the roadmap.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
Your agents will stop responding until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan immediately from Settings.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email support@use-claws.com to request data deletion, or cancel your subscription — data is purged after 30 days.
