Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Claws ("the Service"), operated at use-claws.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claws provides AI-powered agents that integrate with your team's communication platforms (Slack, Telegram) to assist with tasks, content creation, development support, and other business operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar.
• Free trials last 7 days. You will be charged at the end of your trial unless you cancel before it expires.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honour their current rate until the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@use-claws.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through the agents.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Exceed your plan's message limits through automated or scripted abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, and documentation. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but come with no guarantee of originality or accuracy.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Claws integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Telegram, Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claws and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
